We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Section Director - Investment Operations to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Investment Operations department, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Mobilize and manage human resources to ensure the achievement of business objectives
- Ensure the smooth running of operations, including timely and efficient handling of files
- Monitor support activities and implement controls to maximize efficiency and quality
- Conduct or oversee various analyses, research, or special projects that impact profitability and efficiency
- Establish and maintain effective communications with stakeholders
- Ensure employee development and updating through personalized coaching
- Implement and monitor development plans
You will be part of a large team of professionals in the IT Operations sector, reporting to the Director, Account Opening & Documentation Management, Investment Operations. Our team is known for its dynamism, collaboration, and commitment to serving clients well.

- Industry-related bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree and 2 years of experience OR University certificate and 6 years of relevant experience
- Experience in people management and coaching
- Experience in banking and investment is essential
- Ability to plan and organize work according to volume, resources, and priorities
- Knowledge of investment products and brokerage accounts is desirable
- Experience in process and operations optimization is a strong asset
