Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Calgary Software Developers.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising teams, coordinating activities, and ensuring smooth operation of equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Team Members: Train workers in duties and policies, ensure they are following procedures, and provide guidance on tasks.
  • Coordinate Activities: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work among team members, and collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of equipment, resolve technical issues, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements
  • Education: A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in this field of employment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
