About this opportunity:
What you’ll do:
- Review invoices in OpenInvoice and SAP systems- Records management and file retention - "E-filing", and hard copy- Liaison with Accounts Payable, Audit and Business Analyst Teams- Initiating correspondence and actions to include composing complex, detailed, and sensitive materials including but not limited to the creation of presentation, reports, and meeting agendas.- Lead general office administration tasks, such as coordinating meetings, handling expenditures, and ordering office supplies for Northern Corridor- Navigate through ambiguity and make sound decisions- Manage logistics and develop content for meetings

Who you are:
- Knowledge of Oil and Gas terminology- Practical working knowledge of measurement and operations practices-
- Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively- Able to work with mínimal level of supervision- Ability to be adaptable
