The Role

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting our branch and sales department in gaining, maintaining, and servicing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling incoming and outgoing customer inquiries and following up with customers about their order/quote status.
  • Coordinating the prompt handling of customer service requests, including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit, and claims.
  • Assisting and supporting Account Managers by providing technical and product support to customers.
  • Ongoing development and maintenance of the customer database.
  • Tracking project progress and communicating it to the sales team(s) and customers.
  • Highlighting any potential issues with product requirements based on forecast and reservations.
  • Navigating through multiple systems to build, track, and monitor orders.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales.
  • 2+ years of experience in electrical products.
  • Strong user of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
