ColdHaus Direct, a renowned direct-to-store distributor, seeks an experienced Route Sales and Business Development Representative to expand our customer base in the gas, convenience, and grocery channels. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position requiring a valid Class G Driver's License with a minimum of three years' driving experience and a safe and clean driving record. You will operate a Delivery Truck (G Class) and handheld invoicing system to load products from the warehouse into the vehicle and deliver them to customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and engaging potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Collaborating with supplier partners' representatives to provide product knowledge, consumer trends, and business needs
  • Delivering compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Managing inventory by keeping accurate records that are reconciled daily
  • Recording delivery information, obtaining customers' signatures, and following all appropriate company policies and procedures
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of one to three years' sales experience, preferably with secondary-school education
  • Superior interpersonal and written communication skills, as well as time management and customer service skills
  • The ability to understand customer needs and concerns and win their business
  • Independently taking action to achieve high-performance goals
  • A strong work ethic, positive team attitude, and problem identification and resolution skills
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $54,000 to $56,000 per year, plus bonus pay opportunities. Our comprehensive benefits package includes dental care, employee assistance program, extended health care, and more. This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday schedule.
