Primary Responsibilities:

- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, or customer service industries.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher.
- Experience in retail sales, financial services, or customer service.
- Bilingual English/Spanish language proficiency.
