Job Description

The General Manager at Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals who strive to provide outstanding service and support to customers. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and lead high-performing teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Lead and motivate Team Members to achieve individual and team performance goals.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, or customer service industries.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher.
  • Experience in retail sales, financial services, or customer service.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish language proficiency.
