KPMG Canada is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Manager to join our dynamic audit team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading audit engagements, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring high-quality results and exceptional client service.
- Manage client relationships, building trust and delivering value through expert advice and guidance.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated audit services.
- Mentor and develop audit staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Canadian CPA designation or international equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in public practice accounting, with a focus on audit and assurance.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Dedication to delivering high-quality results and exceptional client service.
