About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager to join our team at KPMG Canada. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for leading and managing audit engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage audit teams to deliver high-quality audit services to clients
  • Develop and implement audit strategies to meet client needs and expectations
  • Manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business plans and strategies
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to help them develop their skills and expertise
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices
Requirements
  • Canadian CPA designation or international equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in public practice accounting, with a focus on audit and assurance services
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality audit services and building strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and senior management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
