Job Description:

Royal Academy is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Education worker to join our team. As an essential member, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing environment that promotes the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement child-care programs that support and enhance the growth and well-being of young minds
  • Lead engaging activities, including storytelling, song teaching, and outings to local attractions, to foster creativity and exploration
  • Encourage artistic expression through various mediums and guide children in developing healthy habits and routines
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment by observing children's behavior and reporting any concerns to parents or guardians
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues and community service providers to ensure a collaborative approach to childcare
  • Plan and maintain a setting that prioritizes children's health, security, and overall well-being
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Medical exam
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and physically demanding activities
  • Flexibility and reliability in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment:

Salary and Benefits:
