Job Description

As an Early Childhood Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support the growth and development of children. Your tasks will include:

  • Designing and executing activities that promote learning, creativity, and physical activity;
  • Ledging storytelling sessions, teaching songs, and taking children on outings;
  • Encouraging children to express themselves through art, music, and dramatic play;
  • Guiding children in developing good habits, such as eating, dressing, and toileting;
  • Observing children's behavior and preparing reports for parents and supervisors;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Flexibility and reliability in meeting deadlines;
