Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sales Director to lead our Quebec/Atlantic Sales Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in the food industry, specifically with industrial and food service clients. You will play a critical role in developing and executing winning sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and achieving ambitious revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Quebec/Atlantic Sales Division, overseeing sales activities and driving growth in the foodservice and industrial sector.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless operations and delivery of service.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.
- Travel throughout Quebec and Eastern Canada to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the food industry.
- Good network within the industrial and food service industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Fluency in French and English (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to travel throughout Quebec and Eastern Canada as required.
