The Role

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants. Your primary focus will be on ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory and staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate the company vision to team members and lead by example
  • Manage and oversee multiple quick service outlets
  • Monitor and achieve high standards of technical service and attention to detail
  • Build and maintain relationships with guests, team members, and senior management
  • Follow bar, beverage, and wine control procedures
  • Show leadership in creating a culture that revolves around the experience and enjoyment of food and wine
  • Demonstrate high personal integrity and business ethics
  • Conduct recruitment, selection, training, and development initiatives
  • Use conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Assist with tracking sales, invoicing, and managing inventory
  • Conduct briefings with service staff prior to each function
  • Schedule staff to properly service events and functions
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll records
  • Strive for maximum efficiency and continual improvement of staff productivity
  • Participate on the Health & Safety Committee

Requirements
