Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at TOOTH CORNER DENTAL OFFICE. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our dental team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and seminars
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries
  • Prepare and distribute reports, correspondence, and other documents
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of volunteers and staff
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
