Guest Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Best Value Inn & Suites. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and leading a team of front desk staff.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of 3-4 front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, perform duties as workers supervised, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Operations: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity.
- Materials and Supplies: Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 37 to 44 hours per week.
