Guest Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Best Value Inn & Suites. As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
- Coordinate and assign tasks to ensure that all hotel operations are running smoothly.
- Assist guests with special needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
