Guest Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Best Value Inn & Suites. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job duties and responsibilities.
- Coordinate Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, coordinate work assignments, and maintain the operation of computer systems and equipment.
- Requisition Materials and Supplies: Order and manage inventory of materials and supplies to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Work under Pressure: Manage a large workload, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively under pressure to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 37 to 44 hours per week.
