About the Role:

The Concierge Security Engineer is a critical role within our organization, responsible for maintaining and enhancing the security posture of our customers' enterprise networks.

This position requires a highly skilled professional with a strong background in IT security, network administration, and cloud infrastructure. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of firewalls, intrusion detection systems, antivirus software, content filtering, and proxies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain partnerships with customers to provide exceptional service and support
  • Analyze log and system data to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate non-technical staff on security best practices
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, providing guidance and support on security-related matters
  • Mentor junior analysts to enhance their technical and soft skills

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Information Security, Network Security, or Cyber Security
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT security, including firewalls, intrusion detection, antivirus, content filtering, and proxies
  • Experience analyzing log and system data from various IT systems
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and PowerShell
  • Excellent writing and speaking skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus incentives and benefits packages, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
