Key Responsibilities- Assign sales floor staff to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates.
- Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee inventory management and maintain a well-organized store environment.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff to ensure seamless operations.
- 1 year of retail management experience.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and able to work in a dynamic retail environment.
