Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Restaurant Cashier to join our team at Kwantlen Pizza and Party Place. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide assistance with their orders.
  • Transaction Processing: Process cash, credit, and debit card payments, as well as handle returns and exchanges.
  • Inventory Management: Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure that all products are properly displayed.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
