Community Otolaryngologist Opportunity

Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital is seeking a skilled Otolaryngologist to join our team. As a community-based ENT specialist, you will provide high-quality, efficient care to patients in our hospital and ambulatory care clinic. You will also participate in regional outreach and on-call services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide care for all patient types, including surgical, pediatric, medical, and chronic care patients.
  • Participate in strategic planning and program development of otolaryngologist services.
  • Contribute to ongoing quality improvement and safety activities related to Otolaryngology care.
  • Deliver efficient and high-quality Otolaryngology service in-hospital and in the community.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have an Ontario license and be certified by the Royal College within the last five years. You should also possess excellent clinical knowledge, skills, and attitudes, as well as the ability to work effectively as a consultant and integrate all CanMEDS roles to provide optimal patient care.
