The Opportunity
We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our high-energy sales team. This role offers a strong foundation for your sales career in a fast-paced startup with ample opportunities for growth and learning.

Your Impact
You'll play a crucial role in shaping our outreach strategies, building relationships, and identifying market potential in the ecommerce space. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential clients, creating opportunities and setting up high-value meetings for our Account Executives.
  • Sales Acumen: Generate new business by prospecting outbound leads through cold outreach to uncover their specific business needs and pain points.
  • Highly Self-Motivated: Hardworking and proactive professional with strong business acumen, ready to contribute to our growing Business Development team.
  • Goal-Oriented: Driven to meet and exceed monthly targets and KPIs, consistently maintaining a positive attitude and a growth mindset.
  • Active Learner: Continuously develops sales skills through regular training and review cycles, with a strong passion for e-commerce and technology.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven Experience: 6-12+ months of sales experience, with a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in sales.
  • Sales Driven: You're driven and motivated to initiate conversations, consistently reaching out to prospects and creating opportunities.
  • Results-Driven: You have a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Strong Communication: You convey information clearly and effectively through various channels.
