We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Corporate Partnerships Specialist to join our team at Teamwork Online. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our corporate partners, ensuring 100% fulfillment of partnership agreements, and developing and executing strategic marketing and project plans.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the activation on a portfolio of Sponsorship accounts through project management, sales cycle support, and a commitment to service excellence.
  • Ensure 100% fulfillment of partnership agreements on a yearly basis.
  • Develop and execute upon strategic marketing and project plans.
  • Maintain and foster relationships with Corporate Partners at all levels while providing ongoing support.
  • Responsible for the development and execution of corporate and Partner events.
  • Activate promotions and events, both in person and digitally.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining accurate and thorough budgets.
  • Records, compiles, and distributes relevant project results, proof of performance, and mid-season monitoring.
  • Provides day-to-day support to the Corporate Sales Function.
  • Actively participates in sales calls and meetings.
  • Prepares innovative partnership proposals.
  • Leads and participates in brainstorming and ideation sessions.
  • Prepares timely and relevant partnership and program recaps.
  • Maintains accurate records to validate the execution of agreements.
  • Conducts research on industry competitors.
  • Enters and analyzes client data and records within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Module.
