The HSE Coordinator will lead by example, modeling safety behavior and actively reinforcing the creation of a safe behavioral culture. They will implement global standards, contribute to local HSE policies, and coordinate site-level activities related to incidents, analysis, registration, and follow-up.
The coordinator will also execute and/or participate in various HSE improvement projects, prepare/submit permit applications, and build/maintain a network of relevant stakeholders to ensure commitment and communication regarding Nutreco's HSE objectives. They will monitor HSE performance, recommend actions for improvement, and conduct regular safety and housekeeping inspections.
This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex information effectively to diverse audiences.
