Job Title: Construction Miner Lead/Supervisor

Job Summary:

Cementation Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Miner Lead/Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of our mining operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction and maintenance teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement construction and maintenance plans to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our mining operations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of construction and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety, environmental, and quality management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a construction or mining supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of supervising and coordinating construction and maintenance teams.
  • Strong knowledge of construction and mining practices, including health and safety, environmental, and quality management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
