Recovery Counselor Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Recovery Counselor to join our team at Enoch Cree Nation. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to work in a dynamic environment and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will work as an on-site professional, providing support and guidance to individuals in need. As a Recovery Counselor, you will be responsible for meeting the needs of the job site, working closely with colleagues and clients to achieve positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Working at the physical location, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all individuals involved.
- Meeting the needs of the job site, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities as required.
- A trades certificate or diploma in English, demonstrating strong communication skills and cultural awareness.
- Other relevant qualifications, such as additional trades certificates or diplomas, which can enhance your ability to provide effective support and guidance.
- This role requires on-site work only, with no remote work option available. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the job site.
- This is a fixed-term position, expected to last between 1-2 years, providing a stable and secure employment opportunity for the right candidate.
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This salary reflects the value we place on your skills, knowledge, and commitment to making a positive impact in our community.
