About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual individual to join our team as a Bilingual Partner Support Representative. In this pivotal business-to-business role, you will serve as the primary liaison for our valued merchant partners across Canada, providing unparalleled service and support to ensure their success.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely and accurate support to merchant partners, ensuring an exceptional service experience.
  • Diagnose and resolve partner issues with a solution-oriented approach, escalating complex concerns when necessary.
  • Communicate with partners through phone and email, fostering strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • At least a year of experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center setting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to make informed decisions quickly.
  • Computer savvy and able to learn internal software.
  • Full-time availability with the ability to work in our head office in Pickering, ON.
Work Schedule

Tuesday - Friday 11am-7pm, and Saturday 9-5.
