About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Partner Support Representative to join our team at goeasy. As a key liaison for our valued merchant partners, you will provide unparalleled service, addressing and resolving a wide range of inquiries and concerns to bolster partner satisfaction and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely and accurate support to merchant partners, ensuring an exceptional service experience.
  • Diagnose and resolve partner issues with a solution-oriented approach, escalating complex concerns when necessary.
  • Communicate with partners through phone and email.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services.
Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • At least a year of experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center setting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to make informed decisions quickly.
  • Computer savvy and able to learn internal software.
  • Full-time availability with the ability to work in our head office in Pickering, ON.
Work Schedule

Tuesday - Friday 11am-7pm, and Saturday 9-5.
