About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team at goeasy Ltd. As a key member of our Partner Support department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our partners across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service and ensure that our partners receive the highest level of service quality
  • Respond to partner inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Ask insightful questions to identify partner needs and efficiently resolve issues
  • Take ownership of resolving issues from start to finish
  • Provide world-class customer service during every interaction
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our services
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in an inbound customer service or call center environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Full-time availability in our Pickering, ON head office
Operating Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 11:00pm, Saturday to Sunday: 9:00am to 9:00pm
