Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Quality Inn & Suites High Level. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of hotel staff.
Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the work of 5-10 hotel staff members
- Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Customer Service
- Assist guests with special needs and ensure their satisfaction
- Perform same duties as workers supervised
- Operations and Maintenance
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery
- Arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
- Requisition materials and supplies
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Our hotel is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As a Hotel Clerk Supervisor, you will be working in a hotel, motel, or resort setting, interacting with guests and staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.
