Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at the Best Western Plus Mirage Hotel & Resort. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, establish work schedules and procedures, and perform same duties as workers supervised.
- Guest Services: Assist clients/guests with special needs, co-ordinate, assign and review work, and maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery.
- Staff Management: Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and requisition materials and supplies.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Work setting: Hotel, motel, resort
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week
