Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at the Best Western Plus Mirage Hotel & Resort. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient hotel operations.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of customer service.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised, including resolving work problems and providing technical advice.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on guest feedback and hotel performance.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide support for persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youths, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked front desk.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent position with 30 to 44 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
