Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Servicing Specialist to join our team. As a Mortgage Servicing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and servicing mortgages, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service and that our operations are efficient and effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service mortgages, including reviewing and processing loan documents, and ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to complete the loan process.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Work closely with our team to ensure that our operations are running smoothly and efficiently, and that our clients receive the best possible service.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with our clients, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure that our business goals are met.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in mortgage servicing or a related field.
- Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
