Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and accurate responses to quote requests through the TERAGO quote desk.
- Adhere to TERAGO's Presales process and ensure seamless communication with Channel partners and Sales Team.
- Create and update opportunities in CRM (SalesForce) and track progress in JIRA.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather additional requirements and resolve issues.
- Perform other duties as required to support the Sales Team.
- Post-secondary education or relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- 1-3 years of customer experience, support, or sales support roles.
- Training in JIRA is an asset.
