Pharmacy Department Leader

As a Pharmacy Manager at London Drugs, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in providing exceptional pharmacy services. Your role will involve ensuring the pharmacy maintains high standards of practice, operates efficiently, and provides a community-oriented working environment that fosters professional excellence.
The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of all aspects of the pharmacy business, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team and have a coaching management style. They will also be willing to participate in continued education to upgrade their knowledge and have a high level of professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities
Provide professional leadership to the Pharmacy Department
Ensure the pharmacy maintains high standards of practice and operates efficiently
Hire, schedule, and manage payroll for pharmacy staff
Provide ongoing training and development for pharmacy staff
Participate in continued education to upgrade knowledge and skills
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with 1-2 years of community pharmacy experience
Valid Registered Pharmacist license and in good standing with the provincial College
Strong working knowledge of all aspects of the pharmacy business
Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team
Ability to work quickly, multitask, and work well under pressure
