About the Role
As a Pharmacy Operations Supervisor at London Drugs, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our pharmacy consistently delivers exceptional service and adheres to all regulatory standards.
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain the highest standards of pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements.
- Cultivate a positive and professional work environment that fosters teamwork, efficiency, and ethical conduct among staff members.
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, focusing on optimizing staff productivity, training initiatives, and effective payroll management.
- Develop and implement strategies for resource allocation, including staffing needs, performance standards, and ongoing staff development programs.
- Effectively communicate and execute company directives, policies, and strategic initiatives within the pharmacy team.
- Implement robust inventory control measures to ensure accurate stock management and minimize waste.
- Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities to increase sales and profitability within the pharmacy department.
