Pharmacy Department Manager

The Assistant Department Manager, Pharmacy is a key role within our pharmacy team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy department. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about pharmacy practice and have a strong desire to develop their leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the pharmacy meets all regulatory requirements and legislative standards.
- Foster a culture of professionalism, good business practices, and a strong work ethic within the pharmacy team.
- Operate the pharmacy efficiently, focusing on staff productivity, training, and payroll management.
- Develop and implement resource plans to address manpower needs, staff performance standards, and training and development initiatives.
- Communicate and execute company directives, policies, and procedures effectively.
- Ensure good inventory control and implement measures to optimize pharmacy sales and profit.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with 2-3 years of pharmacy experience.
- Strong supervisory skills and ability to lead a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of self-motivation and resourcefulness.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
