Accounting Clerk Position with Bookkeeping Experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized accounting clerk to join our team at KHALID NAEEM, CPA, CGA. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and establishing and balancing various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping and possess a secondary school graduation certificate. If you are a motivated individual who is proficient in financial record-keeping and has excellent problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
- Payroll Preparation: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll and reconcile accounts.
- Bookkeeping Systems: Establish and maintain various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Tax Returns: Prepare tax returns and other financial reports as required.
