Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Financial Support Specialist to assist in the smooth operation of our financial systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train new employees in duties and policies
  • Prepare and submit reports accurately and efficiently
  • Evaluate work performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Co-ordinate activities with other departments to achieve common goals
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
