Key Responsibilities
  • To oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • To supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
  • To train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence within the team.
  • To estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and maximizing profitability.
  • To hire and manage food service staff, selecting individuals who share our values and commitment to excellence.
  • To ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, regularly reviewing and improving processes as needed.
  • To address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
  • To maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, using data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • To prepare and submit reports, presenting key findings and recommendations to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree not required; however, relevant experience and qualifications will be considered.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Able to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and walk, with a combination of sitting and standing throughout the day.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
Compensation

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, benefits may include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
