Job Summary:

The successful candidate will oversee the overall operations and management of the store, ensuring excellent customer service and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure seamless execution of business processes.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Foster a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of customer concerns.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and optimize product availability.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
  • Performance Evaluation and Staff Development: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide training and development opportunities, and coach staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in retail management or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership and Organizational Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
  • Data Analysis and Decision-Making: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Flexibility and Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business.
Compensation and Benefits:
