Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Media Planning Specialist to join our team at Starcom. As a Media Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing marketing data, developing media plans, and maintaining strong relationships with media suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze marketing data to determine client advertising and media needs
  • Develop and implement media plans to achieve marketing objectives
  • Maintain strong relationships with media suppliers and stay up-to-date on market conditions
  • Work closely with external agency partners to develop and implement media plans
  • Participate in account status meetings and contribute to the development of POVs on DEI opportunities
  • Assist with the development of media plans and ensure accurate tracking of budgets and client billing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, or communications
  • Experience in media planning and negotiation
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated experience in critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Technical proficiency in media systems and MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
