Job Title: Associate Media Planning Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Media Planning Director to join our team at Media Troopers. As a key member of our Investment team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative broadcast campaigns that drive results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement media plans that meet client objectives and strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of media campaigns
  • Lead a team of subject matter experts to deliver high-quality broadcast campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date on market and consumer trends to inform media planning decisions
  • Provide education and training to team members on media planning best practices
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of media buying experience with progressive levels of responsibility
  • Strong negotiating and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Leadership and initiative to drive results
  • Understanding of agency planning procedures and internal capabilities
