Dental Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Office Coordinator to join our team at Chez Mon Dentiste. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, answering phone calls, and managing our scheduling system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet patients and visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Scheduling: Manage our scheduling system, including booking appointments, managing waitlists, and communicating with patients and staff.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Previous experience in a dental office or administrative role is an asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
