Technical Product Manager

We are seeking a skilled Technical Product Manager to lead our back-office product development team. As a key member of our team, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering, analyzing, and refining requirements, managing the product roadmap, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value back-office features.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather and define business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
- Own the product backlog, prioritize features, and manage the roadmap to align with business objectives.
- Work closely with development, QA, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of ERP modules.
- Participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives, ensuring timely product releases.
- Understand ERP system architecture and modules, identifying areas for optimization.
- Track product performance, user adoption, and feature ROI.
- Provide regular updates and training on ERP functionality to users and senior management.
- Experience: 3+ years in business analysis or product management, preferably with ERP systems.
- Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, experience with Agile, and ERP implementation.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and modern tech stacks.
- Stakeholder satisfaction (8/10+)
- Requirements accuracy (90%)
- Feature adoption (75% in 3 months)
- Timely delivery of specs (90% within 2 weeks)
