Salary Information


We are offering an annual salary of $120,000 - $180,000 CAD based on your experience and qualifications.



Job Description


This role is responsible for leading strategic projects, including system implementations and process improvements, to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.


Key responsibilities include:



  • Delivering accurate and timely financial reports to senior management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Providing insights that drive business decisions through expertise in financial management and strategic planning.
  • Partnering and influencing Director and VP stakeholders to achieve business objectives.


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience within an Automotive Manufacturing Environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.


Bonus Points If You Have


Candidates with advanced degrees in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and experience with financial software, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools may be given preference.



How We Work


We operate 100% onsite from Ancaster or Mississauga, Canada. The selected candidate will be required to relocate to one of these locations. Travel requirements are minimal at 25% Domestic.
