Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscape Crew Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for leading a team of landscape technicians in the maintenance and upkeep of commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of landscape technicians to ensure high-quality work and efficient completion of tasks
  • Assign and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion and meet client expectations
  • Operate and maintain a variety of equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as pruning, weeding, and edging
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of work completed, including hours worked and materials used
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and meet client needs
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in landscape maintenance or a related field
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
