Civil Construction Foreman Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Construction Foreman to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of a team of up to 10 people, ensuring a safe work environment, and meeting production goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the layout, assembly, and installation of various materials in consultation with the Project Superintendent or Manager.
  • Coordinate and supervise daily activities, including ordering equipment and materials through dispatch.
  • Establish and maintain a safe work environment that complies with our Health & Safety program.
  • Interact with other company supervisors, inspectors, and clients to ensure project plans and schedules are met.
  • Follow project plans and schedules to ensure the crew's daily and weekly activities meet production goals.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • 3 years of experience as a Lead Hand or Acting Foreman.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication in a diverse work environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and make decisions using sound judgment and critical thinking.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
