Job Opportunity:
Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Crew Leader to join our team for the 2024 Spring/Summer season. Our company prides itself on providing exceptional landscaping services to our customers, and we're looking for individuals who share our passion for delivering high-quality results.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assign and monitor tasks for the crew to ensure quality expectations are met
• Load and unload trucks and trailers daily
• Maintain lawns and plant gardens
• Trim shrubs and trees
• Operate small machinery (lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Perform spring and fall clean-ups
• Maintain properties
• Comply with company policies and regulations
• Work in accordance with local health and safety laws and regulations
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers

Requirements:
• Ability to supervise 2-3 people while prioritizing and multi-tasking
• Experience driving a truck and towing a trailer
• Ability to follow a schedule and complete tasks in a timely fashion
• Previous landscape maintenance experience
• Exceptional customer service experience
• Attention to detail
• Full G license with a clean driver's abstract
