Executive Chef

Vatcher Restaurant Inc is seeking a skilled Cook to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained, and that all equipment is in good working order.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed, and maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Working Conditions:
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
