Office Supervisor Role

At Glowing Hearts Gifts Incorporated, we are seeking an experienced Office Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment for our employees and customers. Key responsibilities include developing specific plans to prioritize tasks, organizing tasks to accomplish work, training workers in duties and policies, and preparing and submitting reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of office operations and be able to maintain a professional and organized work environment. Additionally, this role will involve coordinating activities with other work units or departments, arranging for maintenance and repair work, and providing support for persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youths, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks

  • Offer mentoring
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
